Time & Oak

If the goal is for the whiskey to filter in and out of the wood barrel, get infused with flavor and pull out those rich colors, then the barrel may not be the best design to achieve this process. Why not simply put the barrel into the whiskey and accelerate the process considerably. Time & Oak have developed a revolutionary product that provides a shorter distance for whiskey to travel, through repetitive exposure to the capillaries by cutting it horizontally.

They call this process “accelerated transpiration through capillary action,” and that product is called "Whiskey Elements."

Whiskey Elements allow you to customize, craft & finish your favorite whiskey in as little as 24 hours, not 24 years. Whiskey Elements are simple, easy to use and only take seconds to apply. 24 hours later you'll be able to taste and experience the difference for yourself.
